Road+ e-bikes come with an almost invisible all-in-one 250W motor hub with integrated battery. Unique in its kind, our e-bike motor is regenerative. The battery recharges when you pedal back or slow down. This saves energy and prolongs the range!
Road e-bikes have three different support levels, from Eco to Turbo. Depending on the support level, this e-bike has a range of 25 to 45 km - more than enough for your daily ride!
Not only do the circular frames provide a unique design, it also makes Roetz e-bikes lightweight (about 19 kg) and easy to ride. Would you still like to cycle without electric support sometimes? No problem. When the e-bike support is switched off, the Road+ still rides effortlessly, just like a regular bicycle!
The e-bike is easy to operate via a smart e-bike app, and (optionally) via the remote control on the handlebars. All connections are wireless, so the bike keeps its sleek design.

Most asked questions about the Road+ e-bike
25 - 45 KM
More than enough for your daily ride! The range is dependend on the type of support mode (with Eco you'll have longer range than constantly using Turbo), terrain and way of cycling. Good to know is that without support you can still ride comfortably on a Roetz e-bike, just like a normal bike.
Both motor and battery are fully integrated in the rear wheel of the bicycle, giving the e-bike it's unique design.
Simply connect the e-bike to a power outlet with the supplied charger. The cable can be plugged into the side of the motor-hub in the rear wheel. It's not possible to take out the battery. A full charge of an empty battery takes around 3 hours.
Road+ e-bikes have an all-in-one integrated battery and motorhub in the rear wheel of the bike. That means you can not take out the battery. If you don't have place to charge your e-bike, we do have another e-bike, our Tour+, that comes with a middle motor and removable battery.

All our e-bikes are custom built and made to order in the Roetz Fair Factory in Amsterdam. We understand you want to ride as soon as possible, so we do our best to deliver fast. The estimated delivery time of your Road+ e-bike is around 8 - 10 weeks.
As a social enterprise, we nurture people with a distance from the labour market into becoming talented mechanics through our training programme. And that's not all; each one of our bikes is manufactured using restored and treated bicycle frames, giving discarded frames a second chance too!
